Three Oaks Life Transformation Center is a faith-based 501c3 Non Profit organization specifically designed to reach out to those in pain and point them to the source of healing, Jesus Christ. Although we “officially” launched in September of 2008, the mission and vision has been twelve years in the making. OR for step by step instructions on how to get involved please click on the HELP tab ***All classes (except Christ Centered Change) are taught by Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors using standard best practices curriculum and are taught from a Biblical, non-denominational, Christian perspective. ***In addition to the above listed classes Three Oaks is also willing to offer one on one counseling, relationship classes, grief process groups, and parenting classes as long as we have 5+ interested individuals! ***All classes at Three Oaks are $20 per week. If finances are an issue, please be aware that NO ONE is ever turned away due to finances. We work very hard with all of our clients, on a sliding scale basis, to create a reasonable payment program. ***To get involved in any of Three Oaks classes or programs please fill out a "3 Oaks Program Packet (directly below)

IMPORTANT NEWS FROM THE DIRECTOR
In July 2011 Three Oaks was blessed to receive the IDOC contract for Volunteer and Religious Services Coordination. We are nine months into the new contract and are pleased with the progress our amazing team of VRC's and support staff have made in nurturing a great working relationship with the department as well as serving the religious needs of the offenders statewide! In early 2012, with the addition of CADC's Keith Gardner and Dolly Bedal, we added several key components to our education programming to more effectively serve the post incarcerated. Three Oaks Now offers the flowing : Anger management, CSC, MRT, Drug & Alcohol Education, Relapse Prevention Groups, and alcohol evaluations. We are also willing to start relationship or grief process groups as well parenting or any other class that a group of 5+ interested individuals might desire to take! NEW EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!!! In addition to the above programming components Three Oaks is very excited to announce it has been prayerfully and actively pursuing a partnership with the Dept of Labor and D-4 Probation and Parole to pilot a job program called the EEP program, or Entrepreneur Empowerment Program. Three Oaks has recently brought Brad Miller on staff as the EEP Director to lead this critical piece. The primary goal of the EEP program is to partner able bodied individuals with a " Business Mentor" that can show them how to plan, implement, and execute a business plan. In addition they will learn the day to day operations, customer service skills, how to market their new business, gain new clients, budget, etc. The most exciting news Three Oaks wants to announce is that we are actively pursuing options for starting transitional housing coupled with the plan to develop a Community-based Re-entry Center project that would ideally be staffed by the various community stakeholders, organizations, and ministries that are already focused on providing wrap around services. The "Three Oaks Life Transformation Center" vision is to create a "one stop shop" where a recently released offender (or anyone in need) can walk from one office to another potentially meeting with their PO, a case manager, a dept of labor representative, get assistance with food or clothing items, a bicycle, housing, or even help finding a job, thus effectively meeting the primary needs of the individual in a much more timely and effective manner. It's our belief that with the combination of strength-based, future-focused community partners working together to offer various life skills classes, continuing education opportunities, & recovery support services all rallied together in one, centralized, grace oriented, faith affirming location we will be able to greatly increase the likelihood of successful reintegration back into society! This will undoubtedly cause a HUGE domino effect (E.G. lower crime rates, reduced recidivism, less poverty & homelessness, & lower unemployment rates) that will ripple throughout our communities as these men and women get a second chance to give back, make restitution, and demonstrate their desire to become productive members of society! Three Oaks is a Faith-based 501c3 Non Profit Organization whose goal is to see people be free from their hurt and pain and find freedom in Christ. This ministry would not exist without the generous donations of time, talent, and finances of it’s supporters . In order to realize this vision of building a Community based "Life Transformation Center" it will require a continued outpouring of God's favor as well as key individuals, churches, organizations, businesses, and various community partners coming together in an all out community wide fundraising campaign!!!!
